Personal data that we process
janjacobstam processes your personal data because you use our services and / or because you provide this data to us yourself. If you enter your personal data on the website, or sign up for the newsletter, you agree that we use your data in accordance with this privacy statement.
All data that you provide to janjacobstam will only be used in a careful manner in accordance with the law.

For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data
When you sign up for an activity / training / workshop, download your documents or sign up for the newsletter, janjacobstam processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- Handling your payment
- Sending our newsletter / activity offer
- To be able to call or e-mail you if necessary to carry out our services
- To inform you about changes to our services
- janjacobstam also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as information that we need for our tax return.
janjacobstam does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to realize the goals for which your data is collected. We use the following retention periods for the following (categories) of personal data:
Personal data as provided when registering for activities / training / workshops -> retention period: 12 months after the end of the training / workshop / activity -> Reason: check for
invoices and payments, lists of participants, to be able to contact you about important changes that affect the training followed, exemptions.

janjacobstam does not sell your data to third parties and will only provide it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation, such as for the tax authorities. We conclude a processor agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. janjacobstam remains responsible for these processing operations.
View, adjust or delete data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by janjacobstam and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data that we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organization mentioned by you.
